Welcome one and all to our travel blog! We hope to keep you updated to the extent possible on our happenings and maybe pass on some encouraging experiences too. I'm sure there will be plenty of embarrassing ones as well. We are looking forward to sharing them with all of you and simultaneously being able to keep in touch with friends and family at home. So... keep in touch! You can post us a comment which is also emailed to us.

We'll miss you all!
Above you will see a photo of our pet Llama, Guiermo. He comes with our apartment. He will provide us warmth during the winter, milk to make our horchata, a ride to the meetings and service, a companion when we're alone, and he'll be a watch llama for security at night. What a bargain! Evidentally, every Ecuadorian family has one.* Good Guiermo.
Please find details of our destination in the second entry "Getting Started", as well as an Itinerary post.

I like the Lama. It reminds me of a great saying... " Is your mama a Lama"
